Westonbirt Arboretum's Enchanted Christmas - 26th November - 19th December
Alongside carols and festive treats of mulled wine and roast chestnuts, visitors will be able to take the 45 minute Illuminated Trail around the Old Arboretum every Friday, Saturday and Sunday 5 - 8.30pm (last entry at 7.15pm). Adults £8, Concessions £7, Children £4. Discounted entry price for pre-booked groups over 10 people. Half price entry for Friends of Westonbirt Arboretum on Fridays. Tickets go on sale online from 1st October at www.forestry.gov.uk/westonbirt.

Festive Evening & switching on of Christmas Illuminations - 2nd December
The commencement of Tetbury's Christmas Festive weekend. Lights to be switched on at 6pm. There will be Christmas art competition for the local schools. Westonbirt School Samba Band, Choir and Orchestra will be performing under the Market Hall. Children's Treasure Trail, Santa will be in his grotto at the Close Hotel. Local shops will stay open late.

Charity Christmas concert held at Holy Trinity Church, Long Newnton. A host of gifted musicians and singers present a variety of music to entertain and start the festive season. A special service of remembrance, celebration & hope, organised by Cotswold Care Hospice, starting at 5 p.m. This event is ticketed but free of charge.
